The 1st 2009 appearance of the FASTRAK Northeast Late Model Touring Series at Raceway 7 will be this Friday, July 3rd at 8 pm. The Touring Series event will pay a cool $1200 to the winner. Four races into the Touring Series schedule, Mike Pegher Jr has 2 wins, while Max Blair and Bobby Powell each have 1. The Touring events have been averaging over 30 cars per event, and we certainly expect to continue that average.
The Zimmer’s Service Center Emods, Campbell’s Mini Storage Street Stocks, Son Construction Mini Stocks and the weekly Enduro Stocks will also be on hand. As an added attraction, Parking Lot Drags will be held at intermission.
Also, bring your muscle car for a car contest that will pay $100 to the winner. All contestants will recieve 2 free general admission tickets. All the entered cars will be parked behind the grandstands.
Adult General Admission is $10, children ages 6 thru 12 will be admitted for $5, and little ones age 5 and under are free. Pit Passes will be $25.
